This workshop covers everything to know about successions with administration, successions without administration, trust administration, small successions and trust administration in Louisiana: the practical to do’s that should be addressed after someone passes away, how assets transfer from a decedent to someone else and what roadblocks are commonly encountered in the process. As a part of this workshop, we will also cover the information you will need to gather to prepare you for your first meeting with an attorney and provide you with the tools necessary to gather that information.
Attendees can join in person at Legacy Estate and Elder Law, or virtually over Zoom.
